For a first time home builder, the process of building can be overwhelming and daunting. Especially for us as we lived in Cairns to build our home in Sydney.
We chose Aria Homes on a referral without meeting Steve. We took a chance and we are so glad we did! Steve, Jody, Matt, Kylie and the whole Aria team are excellent to deal with.

One of the best things I appreciated about Aria Homes, was that Steve would oversee the build from start to finish. Unlike many other builders, where you may go through several site supervisors and not know what’s going on or at what stage the build is at. Steve was so efficient that there was minimal to no down time in our build. They sent us photos and videos of each stage to keep us in the loop and up to date.
Steve and Jody were always available and ready to answer any questions or queries we had.

They have genuine care and interest to build your dream home and were honest and fair. They worked with you every step of the way. We didn’t have to stress about hidden costs or exorbitant pricing. Any issues were resolved swiftly and without a fuss.

We cannot express how thankful we are to Steve, Jody, Kylie, Jayden, Matt and the rest of the team at Aria for the truly amazing home they have built for us.  Our house is a custom design luxury family home and in no way was it an easy build, we had numerous challenges (the constant rain in the beginning stages made it extremely difficult) but nothing was ever too hard and Aria Homes have produced a truly unique home with high end finishes and high quality workmanship.   

Steve was always available, no matter the time he would always answer our questions and I’m sure some of our requests were a bit “extra” but no matter the question the answer was always “yes, we can do that”.  We must also mention how reasonable and honest Steve and his team are – we really have had the best experience building our home with Aria and their honesty and communication is a big part of that.

Working in partnership with Steve , Jody, Kylie and the extended team at Aria homes on our new home build was an absolute pleasure . From their attentive service and honesty, as well as being delighted with the finished product, where they patiently worked with me on design plans for months prior to commencement . Steve, and the team at ARIA Homes NSW, recently completed our ‘Dream Home’. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is the second time we have worked with ARIA Homes, previously for an investment home.

With the added complexities of a Global Pandemic, and unprecedented rain periods, the progress of the build always maintained momentum. This was due to ARIA Homes having the ability to quickly respond to any challenge put in front of them, focusing solely on meeting the expectations of their customer – us. The day to day communication was a major reason things went so well. Their approach was personal – we could not have asked for anything more.

The home they built for us was in no way a standard build, and the finishes in the home were first class. It is clearly evident that the whole supply chain have been well selected by ARIA, as the engagement with their selected trades was outstanding. Each trade we dealt with were absolutely professional, going above and beyond to ensure we, as the customer, were immensely satisfied with the product they were providing.

They left every other builder in the street red faced. We had trades there almost every single day, whilst neighbours build hadn’t seen a trade in over a month. loyal trades, dedicated supervisors and office staff.. thank you Steve for building our home.

I’ve built a house and granny flat under one roof with Aria Homes. Steve and his team were fantastic all the way. I have built a few homes in the past with other builders and all finishes are nowhere near as good as Aria Homes homes. They started with drawing up the right plans to suit my block and be in specifications for council to approve. At this stage I moved to Queensland, I trusted Steve to proceed with the construction as I was never around to watch the house come up. Steve kept me updated with photos and stages of project, their responses were prompt at all times. I extremely recommend Aria Homes on their workmanship and I look forward to doing more business in the future.
