Steve
Owner / Builder
As the owner and builder of the company Steve will be the first person you meet and your point of contact throughout the entire project. Steve is very approachable and is always available to answer your questions or deal with any problems that may arise and keep you constantly updated.
Once building has commenced Steve will oversee and supervise the progress of the build. He will organise all the trades from start to finish. With Steve as your builder, you are in great hands.
Jody
Operations Manager
Jody is not only Steve’s sister, but is the backbone of our team, with a keen eye for both business strategy and operational efficiency. With a solid foundation in accounting, Jody brings a meticulous approach to managing our financial aspects, ensuring smooth transactions and optimal resource allocation. Beyond numbers, Jody is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, overseeing projects from conception to completion. Her hands-on involvement ensures that every aspect of our business runs seamlessly, delivering exceptional results to our clients.
Kylie
Selections Consultant
A key member of our team, Kylie wears many hats, serving as both a selections consultant and an administrative support. With a talent for guiding clients through the selection process and managing the behind-the-scenes operations, she plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects.
Matt
Site Supervisor
With a wealth of experience in construction and project management, Matt serves as our site supervisor, overseeing every aspect of our building projects. From coordinating subcontractors to ensuring quality control, he brings a hands-on approach to his role, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards.
Sam
Accounts Payment and Receivable Officer
Another family member who is part of the team. Responsible for managing our financial affairs, Sam handles accounts payable and receivable with meticulous attention to detail. Sam keeps our operations running smoothly, ensuring the financial health of our company.
Sarah
Marketing Manager
As the wife of our founder, Steve, Sarah brings a dynamic energy to our team, spearheading our external advertising and social media presence and other marketing initiatives.
With a keen eye for trends and a passion for engaging content, Sarah ensures our brand remains vibrant and relevant in the digital landscape.

We offer knockdown rebuild plus off the plan services across a wide area including Sydney Metro, South Coast and Central Tablelands.
We have a handful of Display Homes in Western Sydney including a new project underway in Lithgow NSW.
