On Time Excellence

We guarantee to deliver your new built home on time. For single storey homes, we can deliver your home in 20 weeks. For double storey we can deliver your home in 24 weeks. This is part of our commitment.

If we are unable to deliver on-time, we will pay you $500 a week, for every week we are late. In the event of circumstances out of our control or impact of mother nature such as rain or storms, your project may be delayed. If such circumstances occur, the day’s delayed will be added to the time frame provided and will be communicated. This is just a small gesture to help you through any additional cost you may incur.
